Melco Resorts & Entertainment has marked a major achievement at the 10th anniversary edition of the prestigious Trip.Gourmet Restaurant Rankings and Fine Dining Awards, securing five distinguished honours across its luxury dining portfolio. The awards were presented during the official ceremony held in Singapore on September 8, 2026. Among the celebrated venues, Jade Dragon at City of Dreams Macau received the highest Black Diamond distinction, further cementing its status as one of the world’s most exceptional Chinese dining destinations.

The five Melco restaurants recognised for their outstanding culinary achievements include:

Jade Dragon (City of Dreams) earned the prestigious Black Diamond recognition, the highest honour awarded by the rankings. Known for its refined interpretation of Chinese cuisine, the restaurant continues to set new standards in luxury dining in Macau and internationally. Jade Dragon remains the only Chinese restaurant worldwide to hold both three MICHELIN stars and three Black Pearl diamonds, reflecting its extraordinary culinary excellence.

Alain Ducasse at Morpheus (City of Dreams) received the highly respected Diamond accolade for its exceptional French gastronomy. Led by the philosophy of legendary chef Alain Ducasse, the restaurant showcases classic French techniques with contemporary sophistication and has been recognised with two MICHELIN stars and one Black Pearl diamond.

Yí (City of Dreams) was awarded Platinum status for its innovative approach to Chinese cuisine. The restaurant focuses on preserving the essence of traditional Chinese flavours while presenting creative seasonal interpretations. Recognised as a one Black Pearl diamond restaurant, Yí continues to impress diners through its signature creations and artistic culinary concepts.

Sushi Kinetsu (City of Dreams) achieved Platinum status in recognition of its exceptional Edomae sushi craftsmanship. Celebrated for its authentic Japanese techniques and dedication to quality ingredients, the restaurant holds one MICHELIN star and one Black Pearl diamond, showcasing the precision and heritage behind its sushi experience.

Pearl Dragon (Studio City) also received Platinum status for its elevated Cantonese cuisine. The MICHELIN-starred restaurant combines traditional Cantonese cooking methods with modern creativity, using premium seasonal ingredients to create dishes inspired by both Cantonese and Chaozhou culinary traditions.
