Radisson Blu joins Paris triangle project, boosting flagship brand

Radisson Hotel Group, in partnership with Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) and AXA IM Alts, is delighted to announce the inclusion of a Radisson Blu hotel in the Triangle project, which is poised to become a multifaceted destination in Paris. This marks a significant addition to the Group’s portfolio in France, bringing the total to 23 hotels in various stages of operation and development, including six in Paris.

The Radisson Blu hotel, comprising 128 rooms spread across six floors, will be an integral part of the eagerly anticipated Triangle project, slated for a 2026 opening. Designed by the globally acclaimed architects Herzog & de Meuron, this building is set to become a prominent landmark while supporting Paris’ environmental goals through its low energy consumption, adaptability, and promotion of eco-friendly mobility.

In addition to the hotel, Triangle will serve as a vibrant social center, encompassing offices, retail spaces, a cultural center, a nursery, a health facility, co-working spaces, panoramic elevators, a restaurant, and an observatory offering breathtaking views of the city.

The hotel’s prime location is situated in one of Paris’s most coveted districts, at the epicenter of the first European congress center and the world’s largest city center park, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, attracting over 7.5 million visitors annually. Excellent accessibility is assured with robust connectivity to the public transport network. Located at the crossroads of Europe, the hotel is a mere 20 minutes from Orly Airport, 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport, 30 minutes from iconic landmarks like Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower, and less than three hours from every European capital.

Designed by the renowned design duo Dion & Arles, the hotel spaces will exude a distinctive and inviting atmosphere, blending various contrasts and inspirations. The rooms will be available in several categories, including standard and superior rooms, as well as junior suites with charming balconies, all offering captivating panoramic views of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, and the most iconic monuments of the historic city center. The hotel’s sky bar and panoramic restaurant, set to become the new Parisian hotspot for drinks and delectable cuisine with immersive city views, will further enhance the guest experience.
