Rekindle the Romance This Valentine’s Weekend at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas

When it comes to love languages, Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas Chef de Cuisine Paolo Gama speaks with his hands through the creation of indelible dishes, and he has a LAW-t of love to give this Valentine’s. Taste the love all weekend long with a romantic dinner in LAW accompanied by live acoustic music (6:00-9:00 pm on February 12 only), with seatings from 5:00 to 10:00 pm, February 11–14, 2022.

What the world needs now, is The Food We Love – an a la carte menu featuring Chef Paolo’s favourite dishes from the LAW dinner menu. Begin with a selection of appetisers and salads including Caviar Deviled Eggs, Foie Gras Crème Brûlée or Grilled Pears and Stracciatella. Share a 42-ounce Bone-In Rib Eye Tomahawk for Two from the Butcher Block or opt to savour the flavuors of the 14-Day Dry Aged Duck or Cabernet Braised Short Rib. Special Valentine’s specialty dishes will also be available including Glazed Pork Belly, Wild Caught Scallops and Blue Cheese Brûlée.

After a romantic dinner in LAW, cosy up next to a personal fire pit on the on the OUTLAW Taproom patio and sway to live music by local artists from 5:00–8:00 pm (February 11-12, 2022). Take the scenic route along TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas before retiring for the evening in Fireside Villa accommodations.
