Llewellyn Heyns takes on the role of Food & Beverage Manager at Ronil Goa, bringing a decade of varied experience from South Africa and India. With a philosophy centered around beverages, Llewellyn intends to elevate social interactions through his team’s creative and intuitive service, crafting drink selections that honor Goan traditions while leading innovative programs in our unique F&B and event spaces.

As the new Head Chef, Karan Kohli joins Ronil Goa, carrying over 14 years of expertise from prestigious brands. Originating from Agra, Chef Karan’s culinary journey was sparked at home, driving him to create menus that offer a sensory feast, anchored in the JdV philosophy of savoring life and living in the moment. His creations will blend international and local favorites, energized by connections within the community.

Saurabh Malhotra, with a background spanning 19 years in hospitality and aviation, including roles at Hyatt and Virgin Atlantic, steps in as the Director of Sales. Saurabh’s vision for Ronil Goa is to establish it as a haven for the youthful and adventurous, spearheaded by his energetic sales team.

Jasmine Patil assumes the position of Finance Controller, with 17 years of experience across various Hyatt hotels and other esteemed companies in India. His journey with Hyatt began in finance, progressing to roles of increasing responsibility, culminating in his current position overseeing the hotel’s financial strategies.

Jaya Yadav is the new Human Resources Manager, bringing nine years of experience within the Hyatt family. In her role, Jaya aims to foster a workplace culture of openness and trust, aligning with Hyatt’s values to enhance employee satisfaction and uphold the brand’s promise.

Addi Shekhar has been named Front Office Manager, drawing from a decade of experience with leading hotel brands. Addi’s leadership is characterized by a dedication to the Hyatt ethos of care, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every guest.

Baibhav Giri joins as the Housekeeping Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from Taj and Hyatt Hotels. His leadership will focus on maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and safety, reflecting the Hyatt values in every guest interaction.

Mohammad Imran Khan is appointed Cluster Revenue Manager, with a solid background in hotel operations, sales, and revenue management across prestigious brands. His expertise is expected to drive financial success and operational excellence.

Keshav Rawal steps in as the Security Manager, leveraging 29 years of experience across various sectors to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff, fostering a secure environment throughout the hotel.

Dnyaneshwar Yadav takes on the role of Engineering Manager, with a focus on maintaining the property’s physical assets while championing sustainability efforts, supported by his extensive experience in the hospitality industry.

Jagruti Sochar, appointed as the Experience Manager, is set to enrich guest stays with unique, immersive experiences, drawing on her background in hospitality to create memorable moments for guests.

Akshita Rege, joining as the Marketing Communications Manager, will lead strategic marketing efforts to articulate the brand’s message, drawing from her experience in luxury hospitality to enhance the resort’s visibility and appeal.

Keith Miranda, the new Learning Manager, brings a wealth of knowledge to foster a learning environment that aligns with the brand’s mission, ensuring team members are well-versed in delivering exceptional service.
