Ronil Goa joins JdV by Hyatt, bringing five-star luxury to Goa famous Calangute Baga Road

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has unveiled the Ronil Goa, a new addition to its JdV by Hyatt brand, situated in Goa, India’s premier vacation destination. This launch marks the debut of the JdV by Hyatt brand in Southwest Asia.

Nestled along the famous Calangute Baga Road in North Goa, the Ronil Goa boasts over 35 years of heritage. As it transitions into a JdV by Hyatt hotel, it becomes the first five-star establishment in this lively area, offering easy access to major tourist spots, luxury shopping, and entertainment venues. The resort is conveniently located near both Dabolim International Airport Goa and Manohar International Airport Goa.

In keeping with the JdV by Hyatt brand’s commitment to celebrating life’s joys, the resort features Indo-Portuguese architectural elements and provides guests with a range of enriching experiences. These include dynamic entertainment options, wellness activities at the Soul Station and spa, an in-house DJ Host, and unique culinary experiences, all designed to create a joyful atmosphere throughout the property.

Sunjae Sharma, Hyatt’s Managing Director for India and Southwest Asia, emphasized that the introduction of the JdV by Hyatt brand to India is a key step in Hyatt’s strategic growth in the leisure sector. Ronil Goa is a testament to the brand’s ethos of embracing the moment and the joy of living, making it a fitting expansion of Hyatt’s portfolio in the region.

Gaurav Khaunte, Managing Director of Ronil Hotels and Resorts and Owner of Ronil Goa, expressed excitement about the hotel’s new chapter under the JdV by Hyatt banner, anticipating many achievements with Hyatt in this venture.

Targeting the adventurous and those seeking unique experiences, the boutique resort features 135 stylish rooms with private balconies, two central swimming pools, and memorable experiences. Room designs draw inspiration from seashell textures, and guests can enjoy amenities like open wardrobes, complimentary mini-bars, signature bath products, and local tea and coffee brands.

The dining experience at the resort celebrates global and local flavors, offering both alcohol-free and alcoholic beverages, in a setting that encourages social connections. Dining venues include Ronil Bistro, Patrão’s, and The Hub, which boasts a swim-up pool bar, cabanas, and a BBQ area, perfect for both starting and ending a day of relaxation.

The resort also offers versatile event spaces for various gatherings, from DJ events to intimate celebrations, across 5,446 square feet. Guests can look forward to immersive leisure activities, including themed pools, entertainment programs, music experiences, and a Hyatt Loves Local shop featuring local brands.
