The company recently announced the introduction of three new vessels: Silver Nova, Celebrity Ascent, and Icon of the Seas, marking a significant expansion for Royal Caribbean Group.

“These are exciting times for Royal Caribbean, and we have an incredible partner in Chantiers de l’Atlantique to bring to life the lucky seventh Oasis Class vessel of what is a remarkable class of ships,” added Michael Bayley, president and CEO, Royal Caribbean International.

Since Oasis of the Seas set sail in 2009, redefining the cruise experience with groundbreaking features like the neighborhood concept and the split superstructure design, Royal Caribbean’s Oasis Class has offered unparalleled vacations to countless families and explorers. The forthcoming ship promises to extend this legacy, blending revolutionary design, evolutionary advancements, and hallmark experiences.

Completion of the financing, necessary for the new ship’s order, is anticipated to occur later this year.
