Ryanair, the Irish airline, is set to broaden its presence at both Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport in anticipation of the 2024 summer program, unveiling four new routes in total.

In Stockholm Arlanda, Ryanair will introduce flights to Vilnius in Lithuania and the Greek island of Rhodes. Meanwhile, Göteborg Landvetter will see new connections to Brussels in Belgium and Rome, Italy, courtesy of Ryanair’s expansion plans.

I’m delighted that Ryanair is expanding at our airports Stockholm Arlanda Airport and Göteborg Landvetter Airport. Swedavias main goal is to increase the connectivity and Ryanair’s vast network facilitates for people to meet, whether it is for business, leisure or to visit family and friends, says Elizabeth Axtelius, Director Aviation Business at Swedavia. Ryanair’s investment in new direct routes shows great confidence in the Swedish air travel market, and they are an important partner in us being able to offer a wide range of destinations at our airports, says she.

Commencing March 31st, 2024, Ryanair’s flights between Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) and Vilnius (VNO) will operate twice a week. Similarly, services between Stockholm Arlanda (ARN) and Rhodes (RHO) will commence on April 2nd, 2024, with a frequency of twice a week.
