Sabre Direct Pay Transforms Consolid’s Financial Operations

Sabre Corporation, a prominent software and technology provider for the global travel industry, and Consolid Global Travel Solutions, a leading Latin American travel agency and tourism company, jointly announced today that Consolid has integrated Sabre Direct Pay and Sabre-distributed NDC content through its developer partner Starlings. This integration of Sabre Direct Pay will enhance Consolid’s payment strategy, supporting its expansion in the region and beyond.

Formerly known as Sabre Virtual Payments, Sabre Direct Pay serves as a secure central hub for travel payments, offering a wide array of financial partners, automated reconciliation, and comprehensive data reporting across multiple banks. This platform aids in revenue growth by optimizing rebates, leveraging credit options, mitigating surcharges, and reducing Foreign Exchange (FX) expenses. Additionally, Sabre Direct Pay provides an extensive range of virtual card options utilizing Conferma technology, covering more than 50 currencies across 90 markets.

Starlings, an authorized Sabre developer, has successfully integrated the Sabre Direct Pay API and Sabre NDC APIs. This integration offers Consolid access to book Sabre-distributed NDC content and facilitates payment processing.
