Developed alongside global music icon Marc Anthony and international strategist Richard Attias, The Estate will lead the luxury hotel market by offering state-of-the-art wellness and longevity centers in partnership with Fountain Life, a global leader in disease detection, prevention, and reversal.

The Estate is set to become the world’s largest ecosystem of longevity-focused resorts and residences, with 15 hotels and residences and 10 urban preventative medicine centers opening globally by 2030. Global Expansion Plans
The first four luxury hotel and residential locations are scheduled to launch in 2026 in St. Kitts, the UK, Trento (Northern Italy), and Montreux (Switzerland). Additional locations in Miami and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region will follow. The first preventative medicine center will open in Los Angeles at Century Plaza in 2025, featuring the latest in longevity treatments and preventative care.
