SAS will introduce EuroBonus Conscious Traveler in January 2024

SAS will introduce EuroBonus Conscious Traveler in January 2024, a new reward program helping EuroBonus members to make mindful selection when it comes to traveling with SAS and get awarded for that.

The effort targets to make it seamless for the customers of SAS to make more sustainable choices all through the entire journey of the customer, starting right from booking a ticket to home return, and the steps in between.

Aron Backström, Vice President, Product & Loyalty at SAS, said that SAS together with the aviation is on a journey toward a future that is more sustainable, and they request their customers to join them in this initiation. Together, they can initiate this crucial transformation by connecting with the entire ecosystem of manufacturers, airlines, suppliers, policy makers, as well as the travelers themselves.

The launch of EuroBonus Conscious Traveler shows this reality and is a contribution toward the target of the industry with net zero CO2 emissions by 2050, possibly their most important journey, says Aron.

A single goal at the heart of Conscious Traveler: the participation of their customers in the journey toward net zero emission. The strategy aims on developing awareness and motivate travelers to choose sustainable choices whichever journey they are on.
