Sayaji Hotel in Kolhapur is gearing up to host the Coast to Coast Food Festival, an exclusive culinary extravaganza aimed at offering a diverse array of ocean-inspired flavors to patrons. Seafood enthusiasts are invited to partake in a 10-day celebration of the ocean’s bounty, starting from January 12th, 2024.

This festival pays homage to culinary creativity by presenting a variety of delectable seafood dishes inspired by the coastal regions of the Bay of Bengal. The menu boasts an enticing selection, ranging from tandoori crab and grilled octopus with caper pepper sauce to prawns grilled in coconut and lime sauce, buttery grilled salmon, and mouth-watering shark steak with pineapple mojo.

Chef Kishan Gunjal, the Executive Chef at Sayaji Hotel, Kolhapur, expressed delight in presenting the Coast to Coast Food Festival, emphasizing the team’s passion for bringing diverse flavors to patrons. The carefully crafted menu draws inspiration from coastal regions, promising an authentic and memorable dining experience that allows guests to savor the freshness and depth of flavors in each dish.

To enhance the coastal experience, the restaurant will be adorned with thematic decor featuring nets, boats, and seashells. Sous Chef Attar Singh Rana, boasting 18 years of experience and extensive culinary knowledge in various international cuisines, has curated a seafood-rich menu to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Rana is committed to sourcing the best and freshest catch for patrons during the winter season. Leveraging his expertise in Chinese, Indian, and Western cuisine, he aims to create exquisite dishes that showcase the freshness and flavors of the seafood.
