SeaDream Yacht Club welcomes Carlos Garzon: A Trailblazer in luxury cruise industry sales

Garzon boasts twenty years of extensive experience in the cruise and travel industry, specializing in sales, marketing, brand management, and revenue optimization. Alongside his responsibility for directing field sales and national accounts within the US market, he will also supervise the endeavors of SeaDream’s worldwide Sales Directors team.

Established in 2001, SeaDream Yacht Club is a family-owned and operated enterprise credited with pioneering contemporary yacht cruising. Presently, this boutique luxury cruise line presents exclusive yachting escapades across the Caribbean, Europe, and Mediterranean aboard two recently enhanced small yachts. Distinguished by a remarkable 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio, patrons are treated to unparalleled service, distinctive all-inclusive culinary delights, and complimentary activities, including watersports conducted directly from the yachts.

Throughout the last twenty years, Garzon has occupied executive roles at Regent Seven Seas, Atlas Ocean Voyages, Vantage Deluxe World Travel, and Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL).

Garzon transitions to SeaDream from Ensemble Travel Group, where he served as the Vice President of Partner Relations for cruise.

Garzon will operate from SeaDream Yacht Club’s Florida office and will directly report to Andreas Brynestad.

Introducing More New Talent

Garzon’s appointment marks the final step in SeaDream’s strategic restructuring of its global sales initiatives. Garzon will oversee national accounts and field sales, while Bob Becker will lead inside sales, and Bob Lepisto will drive SeaDream’s exclusive charter business.

Garzon’s addition is part of a broader initiative to onboard new senior and key personnel at SeaDream Yacht Club.
