If Michelin Guide 2021 is anything to go by, then there’s no reason to miss a Sunday treat at Four Seasons Resort Chiang Mai. With a focus on a scrumptious selection of fresh catch, extravagant seafood display and more, “We would like to bring the very best of local produce and premium selection of seafood to our patrons,” shares Young Rha, Director of Food and Beverage.

#MyFSBrunch

A quintessentially-Four Seasons experience, guests can savour the vitality of the ocean with an extravagant seafood display including fresh oysters, poached lobsters, sea snails, black mussels, prawns, blue crabs, and wakame seaweed, to name just a few. “Our chefs will display their expertise at the interactive BBQ stations. Guests can enjoy salmon skewers, sea bass and mackerel fillets and BBQ prawns,” shares Executive Chef Liam Nealon – the brains behind this delectable dining experience. In addition to the seafood, Liam also brings his favourites from North by Four Seasons including lamb cutlets, hanger steak, BBQ chicken skewer and the restaurant’s favourite crispy pork belly.

Local Flavours

Individually plated and served, the menu is inspired by Liam’s love for seafood, “It is a passion! The grilled seafood and barbecued meats will definitely be the highlight for this brunch.” The culinary team’s forte is working with local ingredients and seasonal produce. At the Sunday Brunch, Liam presents a rotational menu of local favourites with a twist. “The MYO (make-your-own) bagel station is something special; it allows you to make your own bagel sandwich to suit your Sunday mood,” he shares.

For the Sweet Tooth

In addition to the grill, the menu includes hot and cold seafood starters and a variety of mains to keep the appetite going through the afternoon. But no meal is complete without a delectable selection of dessert prepared by the Resort’s Executive Pastry Chef Yanisa Wiangnon. “From fluffy pancakes with whipped cream and strawberry and chocolate waffles croissants from the Chiang Mai Whiskers menu, to soufflé cheesecake, apple tatin and more, winding down to the laid-back tune of ambient music with our signature drinks in your hand makes for the perfect weekend,” smiles Yanisa.

The Seafood Sundays Brunch is priced at THB 2,299++ per person including soft drinks and non-alcoholic cocktails, THB 3,099++ per person including free flow of sparkling. Half price for children under 12 and complimentary for children below five and younger.

Reservations are recommended and can be arranged by calling 053 298 181, through the Four Seasons mobile app or online via Open Table.
