Seven New Travelex Stores and ATMs Open in Zayed International Airport Terminal A

Travelex, a leading brand in travel money, recently opened seven new stores and eight ATMs at Zayed International Airport – Terminal A, distributing them between four landside and three airside locations. This expansion brings Travelex’s presence in the UAE to a total of 49 stores, highlighting a significant step in its growth strategy within the UAE and the broader Middle East by enhancing its widespread network.

The company has been actively increasing its footprint, with recent openings of new bureaux and On-The-Move kiosks at various airports in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah, as well as at the Mina Rashid sea port. Furthermore, Travelex has invested in upgrading and enlarging its existing stores at Sharjah airport. Additionally, the introduction of new ATMs at the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal and Dubai International, coupled with substantial growth in its wholesale banknotes and concessionaire operations in the region, underscores Travelex’s commitment to expanding its services across the Middle East.
