SÉZANNE, the esteemed French culinary jewel nestled within Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi, has secured the top spot in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants, along with the distinguished title of Best Restaurant in Japan for 2024. Led by the visionary expertise of Chef Daniel Calvert, SÉZANNE, boasting a two Michelin star rating, has rapidly emerged as a culinary force in Tokyo, achieving this remarkable feat in just three years amidst the city’s vibrant gastronomic scene.

Also gracing the list is Caprice, the culinary masterpiece located at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong, claiming the #32 position on this prestigious ranking. Helmed by renowned Chef Guillaume Galliot, Caprice, with its three Michelin stars, offers an extraordinary fusion of French flavors harmoniously intertwined with global culinary influences.

This latest accolade marks the culmination of an exceptional month of culinary achievements for Four Seasons, highlighted by notable recognitions in the Michelin Guide 2024 announcements across Hong Kong | Macau, and France. This expansion saw the brand’s stellar constellation of stars grow to 34, spanning 25 restaurants housed within 20 hotels and resorts worldwide.

In France, Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, now boasts an impressive six Michelin stars alongside a Green Star. The esteemed establishments of Le Cinq and Le George maintained their three and one Michelin stars respectively, with Le George also retaining its Green Star. L’Orangerie earned a well-deserved second Michelin star, while other French venues, such as La Dame de Pic – Le 1920 at Four Seasons Hotel Megève and Le Cap at Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel, retained their one Michelin star each.

In Hong Kong | Macau, Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong reclaimed its status with a total of eight Michelin stars. Caprice continued its illustrious streak with three Michelin stars for the 6th consecutive year, while Lung King Heen secured two Michelin stars and Noi was awarded a well-deserved second Michelin star. Sushi Saito maintained its one Michelin star, and at Four Seasons Macao Cotai Strip, Zi Yat Heen retained its Michelin star.

These achievements reaffirm Four Seasons’ unwavering dedication to culinary excellence, with over 600 unique restaurants, bars, and lounges across 129 hotels spanning 47 countries.
