KrisFlyer has expanded its array of exclusive music event partnerships with the announcement of its collaboration for OneRepublic’s From Asia, With Love Tour 2026. This partnership adds to a series of successful tie-ups, including previous collaborations with Ed Sheeran’s The + – = ÷ × Tour (February 2024), Stefanie Sun’s 25th anniversary AUT NIHILO Sun Yanzi in Concert – Singapore (April 2025), Lady Gaga’s Singapore concerts (May 2025), and the upcoming Jacky Cheung 60+ Concert Tour 2025 in November 2025.

Priority Access for KrisFlyer Members

KrisFlyer members can secure priority access during the KrisFlyer Presale, scheduled for 18th November 2025 at 1200hrs (Singapore time). A range of tickets, including Categories 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, as well as exclusive VIP packages such as Gold VIP, On-stage VIP, and Early Entry, will be available for purchase via Ticketmaster using Mastercard credit or debit cards.

To gain access, members must first register online and subscribe to KrisFlyer and the SIA Group’s email communications by 13th November 2025, 1059hrs (Singapore time). Eligible members will receive a unique access code and private link by 16th November 2025, 2359hrs (Singapore time).

Miles Redemption Option for Concert Tickets

From 18th November 2025, KrisFlyer members will have the opportunity to redeem their miles for tickets to the concert in Categories 1, 2, 3, and 5, as well as Gold VIP and Early Entry packages, through the KrisFlyer Experiences website.

Solitaire PPS Club members, Solitaire PPS Club supplementary cardholders, PPS Club members, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members can redeem tickets starting from 1200hrs (Singapore time). KrisFlyer Elite Silver members and regular KrisFlyer members will be able to redeem tickets from 1400hrs (Singapore time).

Exclusive VIP Experience via Miles Redemption

A VIP Experience package, which includes exclusive artist involvement, will be available for miles redemption exclusively to members who have already redeemed tickets for the concert via KrisFlyer Experiences. This package will be offered in December 2025.

Redemption Rates

The redemption rates for KrisFlyer members are as follows:

• Category 1 standing ticket: 16,000 miles for a single ticket
• Category 2 seated tickets (pair): 50,000 miles
• Category 3 seated tickets (pair): 40,000 miles
• Category 5 seated tickets (pair): 50,000 miles
• Category 1 standing Gold VIP package: 35,000 miles for a single ticket
• Category 1 standing Early Entry package: 20,000 miles for a single ticket
• VIP Experience Package: 18,000 miles for a single ticket

Please note, Categories 2, 3, and 5 tickets can only be redeemed in pairs (two tickets) or groups of four (four tickets), while Category 1 standing tickets, including Gold VIP and Early Entry packages, are available for individual redemption.
