With a fresh new look, SFF has been reimagined to include a diverse range of events, from grand spectacles to intimate gatherings, celebrating Singapore’s rich dining culture through a blend of food and entertainment.

From 1 to 31 October 2024, Singapore’s culinary scene will be buzzing with excitement as the festival debuts a completely revamped format. Gone is the traditional festival

replaced by immersive experiences set in iconic locations, featuring uniquely Singaporean offerings. Designed to delight visitors of all ages, each event promises a memorable dining adventure.

SFF Announces First Two Signature Events

Signature Events are highlights on SFF 2024’s events calendar and are large-scale, theatrical spectaculars held at some of Singapore’s most iconic venues. The SFF Signature Events feature renowned guest chefs and offer immersive and grand culinary experiences.

Future Food, 10 October 2024, Marquee

Be transported to a world of infinite possibilities as we explore Future Food. Experience a fusion of culinary mastery, mixology, gastronomy and world-class entertainment. Adventurers will be whisked away by a whirlwind of vibrant colours, pulsating soundscapes, and a dazzling display of lights on this immersive theatrical experience that engages all the senses.

Step into a world of enchantment and elegance at The Long Table, set within the historic chapel hall of CHIJMES. Here, you’ll find yourself seated at an exquisitely adorned long table, surrounded by whimsical decor and the graceful movements of ballerinas. As you indulge in a four-course culinary journey, either for lunch or dinner, crafted by some of Singapore’s finest heritage and contemporary chefs, you’ll be captivated by live singers, immersive projections, and life-sized props that add a touch of magic to the experience. The Long Table promises an unforgettable dining event where every detail is designed to enchant the senses.

A Festival of Old and New

The theme of this year’s festival, “A Celebration of Old and New,” revolves around three core pillars — Heritage, Contemporary, and Innovation — showcasing the full spectrum of Singapore’s culinary legacy. From cherished traditions to cutting-edge food trends, SFF 2024 honors Singapore’s rich culinary history, offering a gastronomic journey that spans generations.
