Sofitel Mumbai BKC has welcomed Nimesh Pandav as their latest Front Office Manager, enhancing the hotel’s luxurious services in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex.

A Mumbai University graduate, Nimesh pursued a Diploma in Pharmacy from PES College of Pharmacy in Bangalore and furthered his education with a Diploma in Hospitality & Catering from Ealing and West London College in the United Kingdom. His journey in hospitality commenced at The Montcalm Hotel in London in 2009. Subsequently, he returned to India, joining Sofitel Mumbai BKC in 2012 as a Senior Duty Manager. His responsibilities included pivotal tasks such as employee training, devising performance-enhancing strategies, and conducting systematic reviews for process optimization.

Transitioning to Mercure Maldives Koodoo in 2018, Nimesh assumed the role of Front Office Manager, where he adeptly led a team of 70 members, crafted budgets for resort management, and efficiently handled resort duties during the absence of the Resort Manager. His career path then led him to the role of Front Office and Lifestyle Manager at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, where he served for four years.

Nimesh’s current tenure as Front Office Manager at Sofitel Mumbai BKC reflects his extensive 13+ years of experience in Front Office operations, both domestically and internationally. His expertise lies in overseeing diverse tasks and effectively managing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
