Spice Garden relaunched at Metropole Hanoi

Spice Garden, the famous restaurant in Vietnam located at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, has recently re-launched following an inspired renovation.

Known for its traditional favorites as well as modern day fine Vietnamese gastronomy, this restaurant has marked a soft reopening from early 2023 August with a new menu illuminating à la minute preparation, signifying freshly made to order, compared to the buffet dining that was on offer previously.

The General Manager of Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, George Koumendakos, said that in a country that’s renowned worldwide because of its astonishing cookery, are excited to provide diners in their special take on Vietnamese cooking tradition defined once again with French flair. In Vietnam’s capital city, with the re-launch of Spice Garden, foodies now have a new ‘must-try’ dining experience to enjoy.

In individual portions, authentic dishes are served or shared in family-style and the menu represents all of Vietnam, with an aim that goes well beyond the northern regions. The usage of the newest, highest-quality seasonal constituents sourced from the best suppliers, together with sustainable and organic produce and refined spices, provides a chic dining experience to relish.

For the new menu, the main highlights include prawn and flower carb deep-Fried Rice Paper Spring Rolls served with fish sauce and herbs among many mouthwatering delicacies.
