Today, Spirit Airlines released its most recent Impact Report on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEI&B), highlighting the airline’s recent initiatives to promote its DEI&B strategy and achieve measurable outcomes in terms of representation, policy development, and fostering a sense of belonging. Throughout 2023, Spirit initiated a comprehensive goal-setting process for DEI&B, aimed at making substantial progress in community engagement, inclusive incentives, representation, and cultivating an inclusive workplace environment.
