STAAH, a prominent hospitality solutions provider based in New Zealand, has enhanced the online booking process and increased revenues for The Khyber Himalayan Resort & Spa in Jammu & Kashmir, known as the region’s crown jewel. Using STAAH’s Max Channel Manager, the luxurious 85-room estate, which attracts high-end leisure and business travelers from around the world, has experienced a rise in demand for rooms following the pandemic. To boost its presence both domestically and internationally, the resort has teamed up with STAAH. This collaboration allows the resort to efficiently manage its listings and inventory across more than 250 online travel agents (OTAs) worldwide through the Max Channel Manager.
