Qatar sets the stage for gastronomic delight in 2024 with the Qatar International Food Festival, uniting cultures through culinary excellence.

As part of the 2023/24 cruise season that commenced in late October in Qatar, the Norwegian Dawn cruise ship made its arrival at Doha Port, accompanied by a special ceremony organized by Qatar Tourism. The welcome festivities included a traditional Ardah performance, henna applications, the provision of dhow souvenirs, Arabic calligraphy art, sadu weaving, and the crafting of fishing nets for passengers disembarking.

At the onset of this year’s winter season, Qatar Tourism carried out an inspection campaign targeting four-wheel drive bike rental establishments situated in Sealine and Ghariyah. The primary objective of this campaign was to ensure strict compliance with Law No. (20)/2018, which outlines operational guidelines and standards for vehicles utilized in tourism activities

Qatar at long last welcomes the Norwegian Cruise, which goes by the name of Norwegian Dawn. The arrival of the new cruise has sent the passengers into an alluring state.

Qatar proudly hosts the prestigious Arab Ministerial Council, marking a significant occasion as Qatar is celebrated as the “Arab Tourism Capital 2023.” This high-profile event will be held on December 13 at the Sheraton, bringing together influential Arab ministers to discuss key opportunities in the region.

Qatar Tourism unveils its latest campaign, “Hayyakum Qatar,” shining a spotlight on the diverse attractions and events during the renowned winter season in Qatar. Launched across Out-of-Home and digital platforms, the campaign is divided into four thematic angles: “Here’s to Your Joy,” “Here’s to Your Gatherings,” “Here’s to Your Laughter,” and “Here’s to Your Excitement,” each capturing specific destinations or events.

Set against the opulent backdrop of the Raffles Hotel in Doha, the Grand Gala Dinner of Qatar Travel Mart (QTM) unfolded as a dazzling celebration that artfully showcased the remarkable endeavors of tourist authorities committed to enhancing visitor experiences and exhibitors dedicated to elevating attendee experiences.

Qatar Travel Mart 2023 will start from Monday. Over 250 exhibitors from more than 60 countries are likely to participate in the travel event.

WTM 2023 will bring together more than 51,000 senior travel industry professionals, distinguished speakers, and representatives from global tourism boards.
