In this expanded capacity, Saurabh will preside over the operational helm of three magnificent five-star establishments in the region: Taj Dubai, Taj Exotica Resort and Spa, and Taj JLT.
With Taj Hotels fortifying its presence in the Middle East, Saurabh Tiwari leads a dynamic team of corporate operations and commercial experts, dedicated to bolstering the brand’s offerings in the region while prioritizing guest satisfaction, employee welfare, and owner interests.
Drawing from his extensive international experience in Spain and the UK, Saurabh has consistently championed the team at Taj Dubai, steering the hotel to unprecedented success. He embodies and upholds the core values of the company, evident in his previous roles as General Manager at Taj Dubai and other esteemed establishments. Under his stewardship, Taj Dubai has achieved remarkable milestones and garnered acclaim for its unwavering commitment to hospitality excellence.
Saurabh embarked on his journey with Taj Hotels in 2021, infusing the organization with innovative ideas and pioneering initiatives. His leadership has been instrumental in transforming the hotel’s operations, fostering efficiency, and introducing novel concepts to maximize profitability.
