Telangana’s Rising Global Summit 2025 has heralded a transformative chapter in the state’s ambitious growth plans, with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a groundbreaking Rs 117 crore hospitality development in Yacharam. At the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, the Government of Telangana (GoT) and Ridhira Group officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the development of a premium hospitality project in Yacharam. This project will serve as a cornerstone of the State’s ambitious Bharat Future City initiative. With an investment of Rs 117 crore, the project underscores Telangana’s commitment to attracting high-value investments in the hospitality and tourism sectors.

Bharat Future City is a visionary smart city planned near Hyderabad, designed to integrate diverse zones including residential, commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, and recreational spaces. The goal is to establish a sustainable, net-zero city, equipped with modern infrastructure, global connectivity, and exemplary urban planning. The Yacharam hospitality development will play a pivotal role in this vision, positioning the area as a dynamic hub for business, tourism, leisure, and wellness.

The project will include a premium hotel with 150 keys, two high-end Food and Beverage outlets, and an expansive 18,500 sq. ft. Wellness Centre. Additionally, it will feature 20 luxury branded villas with both sale and lease-back options. The integrated facility will adhere to international hospitality standards and is expected to generate over 300 direct and indirect job opportunities within the next two years, further solidifying Yacharam’s reputation as a premier destination for hospitality and wellness.

The Telangana Government is committed to streamlining project approvals via the Single Window Mechanism, ensuring swift clearance and smooth project execution. This initiative will support the timely completion of the project, with Ridhira Group now moving forward with formal agreements and the creation of a Detailed Project Report. This report will outline the phased development plans and operational structures to guarantee efficient and structured delivery.
