In northern Thailand, the Amazing Thailand Phayao Countdown Flora Fest 2026 is set to be one of the most visually spectacular events of the year. Running from 28 to 31 December 2025, the festival takes place at Pho Khun Ngam Mueang Monument Plaza and the picturesque Kwan Phayao. Running from 28 to 31 December 2025 at Sirindhorn Public Park, the event highlights the cross-border cultural connection between Thailand and Malaysia. The countdown will feature decorative lighting, live concerts, and a blend of traditional and contemporary performances, creating a dynamic atmosphere that reflects the region’s diverse artistic heritage.
As a border town, Su-ngai Kolok plays a significant role in the tourism gateway between Thailand and Malaysia. The official countdown ceremony, attended by representatives from both countries, will strengthen the bond between the two nations, showcasing Su-ngai Kolok’s role as a cultural bridge and tourism hub for the region.
The capital city, Bangkok, will also host several cutting-edge countdown events that merge traditional celebrations with modern technology. From 27 to 31 December 2025, ICONSIAM will present the Amazing Thailand Countdown 2026, featuring four-dimensional sky performances over the Chao Phraya River. The event will combine eco-friendly fireworks, drones, and pyrotechnics, accompanied by performances from both Thai and global artists, including a special show by Mark Tuan.
