A Taste of Saudi Seafood combines local seafood with international inspiration. The experience begins with shareable appetizers such as Sardine Bruschetta from Italy and Takoyaki from Japan. The main course features Spiced Baby Calamari with black lemon labne and herbs, Yellowtail Ceviche from Peru with tiger’s milk and corn salsa, and Cocotte Baked Clam Thermidor from France. For soup lovers, there’s Bouillabaisse from France with garlic croutons and rouille sauce. The Steamed Red Sea Najil Fish Cantonese Style from China is served with broccoli and aromatic rice. And finally, dessert delights with Mango Kunafa infused with Middle Eastern flavours.
To complement the seafood feast, start off with a toast to creativity – a non-alcoholic Southside Fizz specially crafted for this occasion. This refreshing drink combines Lyre’s Dry London, lemon juice, mint leaves, Fever-Tree Club Soda, and homemade syrup.
