The St. Regis Atlanta is delighted to announce the appointment of its new Director of Spa & Fitness, a move designed to elevate the hotel’s exceptional wellness offerings. With more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality and wellness management, this addition to the team brings both a fresh perspective and a deep understanding of the wellness sector. The appointment reflects the hotel’s continued commitment to offering top-tier wellness experiences for its guests while enhancing its status as a luxury destination in the region.
A London native, the new Director’s journey into the world of luxury hospitality began in a high-end boutique, where they learned the importance of individualized service and meticulous attention to detail. These early experiences fostered a passion for providing guests with personalized, memorable experiences—principles that have remained a hallmark of their career. Over time, they transitioned into wellness management, where they combined their operational expertise with a strong focus on wellness and fitness programs.
The new director has a diverse background in both sales and marketing, as well as wellness operations. Throughout their career, they have excelled in creating wellness-focused experiences that drive customer satisfaction while ensuring the business remains profitable. As a member of the International Spa Association (ISPA), the new director stays informed on the latest industry developments, keeping the spa offerings innovative and at the forefront of wellness trends.
Before joining The St. Regis Atlanta, the director held several prominent roles at other renowned properties across the United States. They led the transformation of the Relâche Spa at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center into a full-service wellness center, elevating its reputation and guest satisfaction levels. Following that, they took on a leadership position at the Mandarin Oriental, Washington, D.C., where they played a significant role in refining spa operations and developing exclusive treatments aimed at the luxury market. Most recently, they were at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston—the first Forbes Five-Star Spa in the state—where they served as Director of Spa and Wellness, contributing to the spa’s continued success and innovation.
During their time in Boston, the director was part of the hotel’s Executive Committee, collaborating with other departments to drive strategies that improved guest service, operational efficiency, and overall business growth. Their ability to lead cross-departmental initiatives helped establish the spa as both a guest favorite and a strong revenue generator.
In their new role at The St. Regis Atlanta, the director is tasked with reimagining the hotel’s wellness offerings. Their vision includes launching new signature treatments, personalized wellness journeys, and innovative fitness programs designed to cater to both hotel guests and Atlanta locals. By incorporating the latest wellness trends and leveraging cutting-edge spa technology, they aim to make The St. Regis Atlanta a destination for rejuvenation and well-being.

The St. Regis brand is known for its elegance, sophistication, and unrivaled service, and this new appointment is a clear indication of the hotel’s ongoing investment in holistic wellness. Guests can expect to enjoy tailored treatments, seasonal wellness programs, and rejuvenating experiences that align with the latest global health trends.
