Tourism Nova Scotia and the Tourism Industry Association of Nova Scotia or TIANS are at present jointly leading the growth and development of a tourism strategic plan that will provide a wider approach toward financial growth, development and quality of life in Nova Scotia.
Nova Scotia wants to guarantee the tourism priorities and viewpoints of Mi’kmaw communities are seen in the tactical plan of tourism. They are happy to join hands with the Nova Scotia Indigenous Tourism Enterprise Network to organize engagement sessions for Mi’kmaw communities.
