The India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), a governmental entity operating under the Ministry of Tourism, recently disclosed a significant increase in its turnover up to December 2023. Demonstrating a remarkable financial performance for the fiscal year 2022-23, ITDC has continued to showcase strong financial results into the 2023-24 period. By December 2023, the organization’s total turnover reached Rs. 393.56 Crore, marking a notable rise of more than Rs. 75.09 Crore in comparison to the same timeframe in the previous year.
For the same period, the Profit Before Tax (PBT) ascended to Rs. 76.80 Crore from Rs. 60.84 Crore noted during the last year’s corresponding period, representing a growth exceeding 26%. Similarly, the Profit After Tax (PAT) for the period under review was reported at Rs. 55.71 Crore, up from Rs. 46.12 Crore in the year-ago period.
