Toronto Pearson has once again clinched the title of “Best Airport over 40 million passengers in North America” for the sixth time in seven years, as conferred by Airports Council International (ACI) – World, the premier global trade body representing airports worldwide. This esteemed accolade, highly esteemed and sought after by airports globally, forms an integral part of ACI World’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program, designed to acknowledge airports that excel in providing unparalleled experiences for their passengers.
The ASQ program stands on a robust scientific framework, meticulously analyzing data collected directly from passengers traversing through Toronto Pearson. This approach ensures a higher level of accuracy compared to other surveys that may incorporate feedback from travelers who haven’t visited our airport. Through the ASQ program, airports worldwide are equipped with science-backed insights to continuously enhance and tailor their services, thereby elevating the quality and consistency of the customer experience across the board.

In 2023, Toronto Pearson launched The Pearson Standard, a program aimed at formalizing responsibilities for both airport partners and ourselves, thereby ensuring adherence to a comprehensive set of operational standards. The guidelines and expectations outlined in this initiative are pivotal in driving operational efficiencies.
Toronto Pearson reclaimed its title in 2023, having previously secured the accolade of “Best Airport over 40 million passengers in North America” for five consecutive years from 2017 to 2021.

Just weeks prior to this award, Toronto Pearson reentered Forbes’ “Canada’s Best Employers” list for 2024, a compilation of the top 300 Canadian employers determined through an independent survey. Ranked at number 210 overall, Toronto Pearson also claimed the ninth spot among all Transportation and Logistics companies featured in the list.
