Tourism bests from around the Middle East assembled in Jordan for guiding the segment’s growth across the region.
The 49th conference of the UNWTO Regional Commission for the Middle East witnessed top delegations from 12 nations altogether in Jordan, to evaluate the existing situation of tourism in the expanse and progress shared strategies for the days to come.
As per the UNWTO statistics, the Middle East is the first international region to surpass the figures before the pandemic considering global tourist influxes so far this year.
Zurab Pololikashvili, the UNWTO Secretary-General said that tourism has exhibited its flexibility when
confronted with disaster. In the current scenario, retrieval is well in progress – regardless of all the
threats and prospects it brings. For the Middle East, tourism signifies an unequalled generator of work and prospects, along with financial expansion and strength.
