Trax partners with Singapore Airlines for digital maintenance solutions

Trax, a premier international provider of digital solutions for aviation maintenance and engineering, has announced its partnership with Singapore Airlines (SIA) to deliver its eMRO and TraxDoc technologies, enhancing SIA’s digital documentation capabilities. After thorough evaluation, SIA confirmed that Trax’s offerings meet its requirements for creating maintenance instructions and related technical documents through an all-encompassing enterprise system.

“Trax is honored to provide the advanced technological software solutions that aid SIA in its digital transformation of its technical documentation requirements,” said Jose Almeida, Trax’s President. “This agreement further accelerates our growth in Asia-Pacific and more strongly positions us to support other airlines in the region who are considering replacing their legacy maintenance systems with commercially available off-the-shelf cloud and mobile software solutions like Trax.”

Trax’s eMRO will be utilized by SIA to refine the process of creating, approving, and organizing maintenance activities. Furthermore, the integration of TraxDoc will provide additional advantages by facilitating the importation of OEM and similar content, thus enabling the automatic generation of digital task cards and associated data, eliminating the need for managing extra databases.
