A new indoor waterpark is being planned for Scotland which is huge, along with swimming pools, slides, botanical gardens, a health & wellbeing center, and thermal spas.

It is the second one which is opening in the U.K. with a Therme waterpark opening in Manchester in the future. The next attraction is central Glasgow next to Riverside Museum, costing 100 million.

Stelian Lacob (CEO of Therme Group) said it will create great fun and easy-to-use experience with proper health and wellbeing facilities for all. They look towards engaging with the Glasgow community as they succeed with the design and modulation of Therme in Scotland.

A planning application is to be submitted coming year. The 250 million Therme Manchester opens in 2024, first in the U.K.Visitors can relax in the palm tree relaxation area, or the two-acre “well-being garden” shaped like a rose with bio-diverse plants & featuring water. The site is 28 acre, the size of football pitches is 19, have a family zone with 25 swimming pools, a wave pool, more than 35 water slides, and fitness water classes. Adults can enjoy away from kids in the no-child section, which has water lagoons, mineral bars, swim-up bars, and 30 steam rooms and saunas.

Inspired by Indiana Jones, a 75 million water park could open in the U.K. soon, whereas, in Germany, a water park named Tropical Islands is opened the whole year with balmy temperature & warm pools.
