Wynn Resorts is accelerating momentum on Wynn Al Marjan Island, a landmark development set to become the UAE’s first integrated resort and one of the region’s most ambitious luxury hospitality projects. Spread across a vast waterfront setting on Al Marjan Island, the resort is shaping up to deliver an entirely new class of leisure, entertainment, and upscale living in the Emirates.
At the heart of the development stands a dramatic 305-meter tower, which is steadily climbing toward its full height. Construction crews have reached the 70th floor, and the structure is on course for topping-out in late November 2025. Work on the roof deck has already begun, underscoring the rapid progress on this architectural centerpiece. The exterior façade is also advancing smoothly, with 19,206 of the planned 26,247 panels already installed—approximately 73% of the total—bringing the tower’s signature look closer to completion each week.

The surrounding low-rise buildings, which will house many of the resort’s signature amenities, are also nearing structural completion. Concrete and steel works across these areas are now 97% complete. Interior fit-out, vertical transportation installation, and finishing activities are underway throughout the site, ensuring the critical path remains on schedule. The resort will ultimately offer 1,530 accommodations, including rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates. Structural progress is nearly finished, with 1,526 units completed, accounting for 99.7% of the total. Interior work is also far advanced, with 1,504 rooms—roughly 98%—actively undergoing mechanical, electrical, and finishing stages.
One of the most notable elements of the resort is Coral Court, a purpose-built Events & Celebrations Center crafted to host distinguished gatherings from around the world. Encompassing 7,700 square meters, Coral Court features a wide, column-free Grand Ballroom, six adaptable meeting rooms, private preparation lounges, prayer rooms, and a beautifully situated event lawn overlooking the Arabian Ocean. The architectural approach prioritizes calm sophistication, using natural light and soft palettes to create an atmosphere that enhances each celebration while keeping the focus squarely on the occasion.

Dining and social experiences will be a major hallmark of Wynn Al Marjan Island. The resort plans to house 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, each developed with a distinct identity and immersive atmosphere. Among the highlights are an elegant French-American steakhouse, a refined supper club, and several contemporary venues representing global culinary influences. The dining program is designed to harmonize fine craftsmanship, sensory staging, and memorable flavors to elevate every guest’s experience.
Spread across more than 60 hectares, the resort offers an extraordinary range of accommodations and leisure options. Guests will be able to choose from 1,217 resort rooms, 297 Enclave suites, two expansive Royal Apartments, four Garden Townhomes, and 10 exclusive Marina Estates. The property will also feature a sophisticated beach club, a premium spa and beauty sanctuary, and a skylit shopping promenade showcasing top luxury brands from around the world. Entertainment and recreation will be well represented through The Showroom theater venue, 12 swimming pools, a sweeping 420-meter private beach, and a deep-water marina designed to accommodate international superyachts.

The resort’s balance of open terraces, ocean-view corridors, and natural illumination creates a distinctive sense of serenity while ensuring connection to the island’s coastal setting.
Construction continues to advance in alignment with the project’s long-term schedule, and the resort remains on track for its anticipated spring 2027 opening. As each milestone is reached, Wynn Al Marjan Island moves closer to becoming a transformative destination in the Emirates. Once complete, it will offer a seamless blend of high-end accommodations, global gastronomy, upscale shopping, and world-class entertainment—setting a new standard for integrated resorts not only in the UAE, but across the wider region.
