Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) is delighted to introduce Brilliant by Langham, a loyalty and experiential platform meticulously crafted to cater to the ever-evolving needs of our esteemed guests.

Brilliant seamlessly integrates an exclusive benefits program with personalized offerings tailored to individual preferences, all while upholding our unwavering dedication to service excellence. Designed to enhance guest experiences, Brilliant promises more enriching, tailored, and captivating journeys across 30 participating hotels spanning LHG’s esteemed brands—The Langham Hotels & Resorts, Cordis Hotels & Resorts, Eaton, and Ying’nFlo, with Toronto’s Chelsea Hotel also joining the fold.

Membership to Brilliant is complimentary, granting access to exclusive room rates, discounts at over 100 restaurants, and the accumulation of status and award points for stays and amenities usage. These points determine members’ tier levels, offering a pathway to redeem a wide array of accommodation, dining, and soon-to-come wellness rewards.

Going beyond conventional perks, Brilliant introduces personalized experiential offerings, ranging from bespoke culinary experiences and cultural immersions to rejuvenating wellness retreats. Some examples include:

Brilliant is set to launch on February 29th, becoming LHG’s exclusive loyalty program moving forward. It will supersede the group’s current loyalty initiatives, namely Langham Supper Club and 1865 Privilege by Langham, both of which will conclude operations on February 28th. Members of these closing programs will be rewarded for their past loyalty by receiving an invitation to join Brilliant at elevated starting membership tiers.
