Virgin Australia Cabin Crew union reaches milestone EA approved

Virgin Australia is thrilled to announce the successful ratification of its Cabin Crew Enterprise Agreement (EA), with an overwhelming 90 percent approval rate from voters. This milestone marks the first time in the airline’s history that the EA covering our domestic Cabin Crew has been endorsed in the initial ballot, highlighting a significant achievement for both Virgin Australia and our dedicated team members.

The ratified agreement has garnered full support from both the TWU and FAAA, ensuring that our Cabin Crew members will benefit from higher salaries, updated allowances, overtime provisions, and a range of other work-related and lifestyle enhancements.
