Vistara, a premier airline in India resulting from a collaboration between Tata group and Singapore Airlines, recently launched its direct flight service four times a week connecting Mumbai and Doha. This new route was inaugurated with Vistara’s A321neo aircraft taking off from Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport at 18:45 IST on December 15, 2023, and landing at Hamad International Airport, Doha at 20:30 local time.
This expansion is a strategic response to the growing travel demands between India and the Middle East. Vistara has been progressively increasing its network in this region, already providing direct flights to five major cities: Abu Dhabi, Dammam, Dubai, Jeddah, and Muscat.
