W Goa elevates its culinary experience with Abhishek Shevade as the new director of beverage. With a distinguished background in the hospitality industry, Abhishek brings a wealth of expertise to the luxurious W Goa destination.

Abhishek dedicated his early years to refining the intricacies of the profession, setting the stage for an exploration of recipe experiments and acquiring extensive knowledge about diverse processes. His impressive career includes notable stints at renowned establishments such as Four Seasons Mumbai, Hyatt Regency Gurgaon, Sheraton Pune, Four Seasons Maldives, and Four Seasons Riyadh, among others.

Internationally experienced, Abhishek has participated in a bar competition in Thailand (Krabi) and worked with the prestigious Manhattan Singapore. His passion for mixology is evident through his involvement in esteemed competitions like Diageo World Class, Corellijo Tequila Competition, Bacardi Legacy, and Monkey Shoulder.

In his current role, Abhishek will lead the bar programs at W Goa, overseeing award-winning B&F destinations such as Woobar, Sylvia, Spice Traders, The Kitchen Table, and Rockpool. As the Beverage custodian, he aims to introduce global beverage innovations consistently, positioning W Goa as Goa’s premier destination for beverages.
