Minors Hotels, a hotel owner and operator, has signed a management contract with Trading Construction Works Organization to develop the first Avani+ property in Hanoi. The new lifestyle hotel will have 310 keys and is located in Bach Mai Ward. With the development of the property, Minor Hotels will expand its operation in Vietnam. The hotel will be located in the Hinode City mixed use complex and will provide quality accommodation for the business and leisure traveller and extended stay guests.

Set to welcome guests in 2028, the upcoming property will become part of a major mixed-use development centred around Hinode City, which will feature a new lifestyle shopping mall along with 1,099 residential and serviced apartments. Positioned at the junction of Minh Khai and Kim Nguu Street, the development offers guests easy access to Hanoi’s dynamic neighbourhoods, with the historic Old Quarter located just a 10-minute drive away.

The opening of Avani+ Hanoi represents another step in Minor Hotels’ expansion across Vietnam. The group currently operates four properties in the country under its Anantara and Avani brands, including Anantara Hoi An Resort, Anantara Mui Ne Resort, Anantara Quy Nhon Villas and Avani Quy Nhon Resort. Its Vietnam portfolio also includes The Vietage by Anantara luxury train experience. The new Hanoi property will strengthen Minor Hotels’ presence in the country and mark its first hotel in Vietnam’s capital city.

Designed as a premium lifestyle destination, Avani+ Hanoi will introduce the brand’s modern design approach and vibrant atmosphere to the city. The hotel will offer a wide range of facilities, including an indoor swimming pool with a dedicated deck area, a fitness centre, all-day dining options, speciality restaurants and flexible meeting and event spaces.

With its strategic urban location, the hotel is expected to attract a diverse range of guests, including business travellers, long-stay visitors and leisure tourists seeking a contemporary stay experience in Hanoi.

The Avani+ Hanoi project is part of the wider Hinode City development, one of the latest initiatives by Trading Construction Works Organization, a diversified company involved in real estate, industrial manufacturing and energy sectors. The partnership highlights continued investment in Hanoi’s hospitality sector and the city’s growing appeal as a destination for international and domestic travellers.

Omar Romero, Chief Development and Luxury Officer, Minor Hotels, “This is our first branded hotel in a major Vietnamese city, and the central Bach Mai Ward is the right place to start. Avani+ Hanoi’s prime location gives us a genuine hub in the capital, with strong appeal to both business and leisure travellers seeking a well-connected urban base.

Vo Toan Cong, Chairman of Gerbera-II Hospitality One Member Company Limited, a subsidiary of Trading Construction Works Organization. This agreement marks the beginning of a long-term partnership with Minor Hotels and reflects our shared vision of bringing international hospitality standards to Hinode City.
