IHG Hotels & Resorts is extending its premium hospitality offering in Jordan, with the first of many Noted Collection hotels in Amman. Every part of this one-of-a-kind coffee-themed hotel will celebrate Jordan’s culture and welcome guests to experience Jordan’s Arabian hospitality. Inspired by Jordanian coffee traditions and culture, the 50-room hotel will be the first of its kind in Jordan. Each guest will be encouraged to experience Jordan’s tourism offerings, and sample the local Amman coffee scene first-hand.

Located along one of Amman’s major gateway routes connecting the city with Queen Alia International Airport, the hotel will showcase a coffee-inspired design concept throughout the property. The first two floors will feature a dedicated coffee reserve and immersive experience centre, creating a distinctive food and beverage destination focused on the history, craftsmanship and rituals surrounding coffee.

The coffee theme will continue across the hotel, with carefully designed guestrooms and curated experiences that bring elements of Jordan’s coffee culture into the overall guest journey. Positioned within a fast-growing area supported by expanding residential developments, commercial activity and improved transport links, the hotel aims to serve the rising demand for premium lifestyle accommodation in Amman.

Recently introduced as IHG Hotels & Resorts’ 21st brand, Noted Collection is designed to bring together independent hotels with unique identities, memorable stories and strong connections to their destinations. Each property within the collection is selected for its distinctive character, sense of place and ability to create meaningful guest experiences.

Rather than offering simply a place to stay, Noted Collection hotels are designed to become destinations in their own right, encouraging discovery through unique concepts, local connections and experiences that guests can share and remember. The Amman property will add a new dimension to Jordan’s hospitality landscape by combining premium accommodation with the country’s celebrated coffee culture.

Haitham Mattar, Managing Director, India, Middle East & Africa, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said: “Jordan continues to strengthen its position as a long-term growth market, underpinned by national tourism development priorities and an increasingly diverse visitor base. That spirit makes this future coffee-inspired hotel in Amman a natural fit for our Noted Collection brand. Rooted in the craft, culture and ritual of coffee, the hotel will offer a stay shaped by local heritage and designed to spark curiosity, connection and conversation.”
He added: “Noted Collection was created for owners of unique hotels with stories worth sharing – celebrating each property’s individuality and sense of place, while unlocking the full strength of IHG’s global enterprise platform, commercial systems and IHG One Rewards. Through our collaboration with Al Ameed Coffee, we are bringing together a homegrown Jordanian brand with deep cultural relevance and a hotel concept that is strongly rooted in place.”

With a legacy spanning more than 50 years, Al Ameed Coffee has become deeply connected to Jordan’s coffee culture, built on a foundation of quality, traditional craftsmanship and the social experience of sharing coffee. Its unique heritage aligns closely with IHG’s Noted Collection brand, which focuses on independent hotels with distinctive identities, meaningful stories and experiences that encourage discovery. Drawing inspiration from Al Ameed Coffee’s rich legacy, the new hotel will deliver a premium hospitality experience designed around curiosity, connection and memorable moments, while benefiting from IHG’s global expertise, recognition and trusted hospitality network.

Basel Daher, Managing Partner, Al Ameed Coffee, commented:“For more than five decades, Al Ameed Coffee has built its story around the craft and culture of coffee. This hotel is a natural evolution of that story, an opportunity to translate what we have created through coffee into a complete hospitality experience, rooted in Jordan and designed to be remembered.”
