Akasa Air, one of India’s fastest-growing airlines, has introduced Akasa Elevate, a new loyalty programme created to enhance the travel experience by offering passengers greater rewards, recognition and exclusive benefits. The programme allows members to earn Elevate Points on eligible flights, as well as on selected ancillary products and services, while unlocking additional privileges through a simple and faster tier progression system.

Since beginning operations in August 2022, Akasa Air has rapidly expanded its presence in India’s aviation sector and achieved several major milestones. The airline has carried nearly 30 million passengers and emerged as the fastest-growing airline in Indian aviation history. It also became the first Indian airline to add more than 40 aircraft within such a short operational period, reflecting the strength of its growth strategy and focus on building a modern, customer-focused airline.

The launch of Akasa Elevate reflects the airline’s continued commitment to strengthening relationships with its growing community of travellers. A rising number of repeat passengers have played an important role in shaping the airline’s services through their trust, feedback and changing travel expectations. The new loyalty programme has been designed to recognise this customer connection by delivering personalised rewards, improved travel benefits and greater value throughout the journey.

The programme will continue to introduce new features, strategic partnerships and enhanced benefits, creating more value for passengers every time they choose to fly with Akasa Air.

Key Highlights of Akasa Elevate

1. Simplified and Faster Tier Advancement
   Akasa Elevate offers members a more convenient pathway to progress across its four membership tiers. Travellers can qualify based on either eligible flights taken or eligible spending, allowing them to advance through the programme in a way that matches their individual travel patterns and preferences.
2. Reward Points on Flights and Additional Services
   Members can earn Elevate Points not only on eligible flight bookings but also on selected ancillary products and services. Additional rewards are available for eligible direct bookings made through Akasa Air channels, while purchases such as add-on services provide more opportunities for passengers to collect benefits throughout their journey.
3. Unlimited Priority Services and Exclusive Privileges
   As members move up the loyalty tiers, they gain access to a range of premium travel advantages. These include unlimited priority services and exclusive privileges designed to make every stage of the travel experience smoother, faster and more convenient.
4. Benefits Beyond Traditional Points Redemption
   Akasa Elevate focuses on delivering immediate value rather than only future rewards. Members can enjoy benefits linked to seats, baggage, meals, priority services and greater travel flexibility, ensuring enhanced experiences during every trip.

As part of the programme launch, Akasa Air has introduced a limited-period Retro Claim facility, allowing eligible passengers to collect rewards for previous journeys completed before Akasa Elevate was introduced. Travellers who flew with Akasa Air from 1 April 2026 onwards can enroll in Akasa Elevate and claim their eligible Elevate Points retrospectively, ensuring their past travel contributes towards their loyalty benefits.
