Alongside its European expansion, Explora Journeys is also adding new South America itineraries for the 2027-28 winter period.

The Explora I will operate voyages covering destinations in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and Chile. The cruises will depart from major cities including Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro.

The programme will include coastal experiences in Brazil, as well as journeys towards Patagonia and Tierra del Fuego. The season will feature ten itineraries covering 37 destinations, including 20 locations where the brand will make its first visit.

One notable highlight will be the ship’s planned arrival in Balneário Camboriú, Brazil, where it is scheduled to provide guests with access to the city’s New Year celebrations.
