STOCK Residences Appoints Indrajit Suryawanshi as Executive Chef to Lead Luxury Dining at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples
STOCK Residences has appointed Indrajit Suryawanshi as Executive Chef of The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples, where a highly personalised culinary programme is being developed for residents. The appointment has been made as the luxury condominium community progresses towards completion this autumn.
In his new position, Indrajit Suryawanshi will be responsible for the full culinary direction of the property. Seasonal ingredients, local supplier relationships and individual resident preferences will be placed at the centre of the programme. Through this approach, Luxury Dining will be delivered across a range of private venues and tailored experiences within the waterfront development.
The appointment has been announced by STOCK Residences, the high-end condominium division of nationally recognised STOCK Development. The company is developing The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples as the first and only Ritz-Carlton-branded residential community in Naples.
A Broad Culinary Programme Will Be Managed Across the Property
All culinary operations at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples will be overseen by Suryawanshi. Responsibility will be held for the residents-only restaurant, rooftop lounges and poolside dining venues. Bespoke food experiences beyond the property’s conventional restaurant settings will also be created.
Beachside picnics and catered days on the water are expected to form part of the programme. These services will be designed to extend Luxury Dining into the lifestyle offered by the community, allowing meals and hospitality to be adapted to different settings.
Nearly two decades of experience across Marriott International’s luxury portfolio will be brought to the role by Indrajit Suryawanshi. Most recently, culinary operations were led by him at JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa, an award-winning waterfront resort in Florida.
Earlier executive positions were held at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort, Marriott Grand St. Louis, MGM National Harbor, Marriott Marquis Washington, D.C., Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center and JW Marriott Dubai. Experience has therefore been gained across luxury properties in the United States, the Middle East and India.
His career was originally established in pastry. Several culinary accolades were earned during that period, while an artistic approach to presentation and menu development was formed. That background has continued to influence the detailed plating and creative menu design associated with his work.
Gulf Coast Produce Will Shape Luxury Dining
A strong sense of place will be reflected in the culinary programme being prepared for The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples. Inspiration will be drawn from the Gulf Coast’s agricultural heritage and seafood traditions. Seasonal menus will be supported through relationships with local farmers, fishermen and specialist producers across Southwest Florida.
Farm-to-table and boat-to-table concepts are being introduced as part of the Luxury Dining strategy. Fresh seafood and ingredients linked to regional harvest cycles will be featured, while menus will be adjusted throughout the year.
The dining programme will also be shaped around resident preferences. Dietary requirements, favourite dishes and personal tastes will be considered when menus and individual experiences are planned. Through this model, the personalised service associated with The Ritz-Carlton brand will be extended directly into the residential culinary offering.
Throughout his career, Indrajit Suryawanshi has been recognised for developing individualised dining programmes and distinctive dishes. Luxury hospitality standards have been combined with local culinary identity across the properties where he has served.
His interest in hospitality was first developed during his childhood in India, where cooking was learned alongside his mother. Traditional craftsmanship and artistic presentation have remained central to his culinary philosophy. At the Naples development, that philosophy will be applied through familiar flavours, careful techniques and refined presentation.
Private Amenities Will Support the Residential Experience
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples is being developed across six acres between the Gulf of Mexico and Vanderbilt Lagoon. A total of 128 estate-style residences will be accommodated within five boutique-scale buildings, including Tower, Bay and Park Residences.
More than 50,000 square feet of private amenities will be provided for residents. Dining venues led by Indrajit Suryawanshi will be included alongside a full-service marina, spa and the Vanderbilt Club. Culinary service will therefore be positioned as a significant part of the wider residential experience.
Strong sales activity has been recorded since the project was launched. The complete collection of 11th-floor penthouses has already been sold, according to the information released by the developer.
By integrating private restaurants, outdoor hospitality and personalised menus, the culinary offering will be embedded across the property rather than being restricted to a single venue. Seasonal sourcing and regional partnerships will also be used to connect residents with Southwest Florida’s food culture.
The appointment of Indrajit Suryawanshi places an experienced luxury hospitality professional at the centre of this programme. As completion approaches, the focus at The Ritz-Carlton Residences Naples will be placed on creating resident dining experiences shaped by location, service and personal choice within an exclusive waterfront residential setting.
The sales gallery for the development is located at 2355 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 106.
