Omnia Convention by Tivoli has undergone a landmark expansion—growing from 40 to 152 rooms, while doubling our banquet inventory from two to four venues, and doubling both our poolside and dining offerings, all set to be fully operational by the end of November 2026.

This is a 280% increase in room inventory alone, paired with a complete scale-up of our event infrastructure  designed so that accommodation, celebrations, and dining all grow together as one integrated experience. The expansion responds directly to the rising demand for large-format weddings and MICE business in the Badshahpur-Bhondsi belt, and reinforces Tivoli Hospitality Group’s continued commitment to strengthening its presence in the Gurugram market.

What new accommodation and event facilities have been added to Omnia Convention by Tivoli?

The expanded Omnia now stands at 152 rooms, four banquet venues, four lawns, two poolside spaces, six suites, and two dining destinations a complete ecosystem built for celebrations of every scale.

Accommodation includes 106 new Executive Rooms (300 sq. ft.) and six Suites with attached living rooms, alongside our existing 40 rooms in King and Twin configurations.

On the events side, our grand halls Grand Ballroom (GBR) and Not The Banquet (NTB) each offer 16,000 sq. ft. of indoor space with an attached 16,000 sq. ft. lawn, hosting anywhere from 300 to 1,500 guests. Joining them are two refined new venues: Grand Ballroom II, 11,000 sq. ft. with an attached lawn for up to 400 guests, and Omnia Lumina – Glass House, an elegant 7,000 sq. ft. space with an attached lawn for up to 250 guests.

Our poolside offering doubles too, with the new Aqua by the Pool joining Aria by the Pool—Aqua curated for corporate mixers, cocktail evenings, and intimate pre-wedding functions. Dining expands with The Pavilion Coffee House (150+ covers, Indian, Asian, and international cuisine), alongside our established Emerald Restaurant (100+ covers, Indian, Chinese, Italian, and Japanese).

This expansion changes that. With 152 rooms, Omnia can now host full residential conferences and offsites guests stay and the event unfolds on the same property a capacity this part of Gurugram simply couldn’t support before.

Our poolside spaces play a distinct strategic role too. Aqua by the Pool has been introduced specifically for corporate mixers, networking evenings, and smaller pre-wedding or social functions a segment that sits between a formal banquet and a casual gathering.
