Thai AirAsia will have 53 routes and serve 46 cities in 2026. In the last quarter of the year, Thai AirAsia and Thai AirAsia X will reinstate international routes and increase their flights to and from different cities in Asia. From the schedule released by the airlines, the routes will provide passengers the opportunity to travel to Thailand, India, Japan, and other places in Southeast Asia and Asia during the winter season.

The expansion is aimed at supporting rising demand during the October–December travel period, when international tourism and outbound travel typically increase. The airlines are bringing back several temporarily suspended services while strengthening connections from Bangkok’s Don Mueang Airport and Phuket to important regional destinations.

Thai AirAsia Restores International Routes Ahead Of Peak Travel Season

Thai AirAsia, operating under the FD flight code, will restart several international routes that were temporarily suspended earlier in 2026. The restored services will improve direct connectivity between Thailand and major markets across South Asia and Southeast Asia.

The airline will resume flights between Don Mueang and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and between Phuket and Siem Reap, Cambodia, from 25 October 2026. These routes are expected to provide more options for travellers visiting Thailand, Malaysia and Cambodia during the busy year-end holiday period.
