Aer Lingus recruiting 30 engineers for 2024 growth

Aer Lingus is excited to kick off the New Year by initiating a recruitment campaign to bring on board up to 30 qualified B1/B2 CAT A engineers. Successful candidates won’t just join a dynamic team but will also have the exclusive opportunity to engage with cutting-edge aviation technology and contribute to more sustainable aircraft, including the Airbus Neo series. Applications are now being accepted for the Aer Lingus engineer recruitment program.

Recruiting skilled engineers is a crucial step in ensuring the airline stays at the forefront of technology, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. The commitment to growth and sustainability is evident with the arrival of additional new aircraft in the coming year, including two A320neos, and the milestone of becoming the first airline worldwide to take delivery of the Airbus A321 XLR.

Prospective candidates must hold a current unrestricted EASA Aircraft Maintenance B1 and/or B2 Licence, preferably with Airbus A320/A330 Type rating.
