Aer Lingus

As the sun peeks through the clouds, Aer Lingus invites travelers to embark on unforgettable journeys with its sensational summer sale. From March 4th to 11th, Aer Lingus offers discounts of up to 20% on flights and baggage to Europe and the UK, making it easier than ever to plan a seamless summer getaway. From April 1st to August 31st, seize the perfect opportunity to plan your dream summer getaway.

Imagine yourself basking on the golden shores of Portugal, leisurely strolling along the vibrant promenades of Spain, or indulging in the sun-kissed beauty of the Canary Islands—all at remarkably reduced rates. Aer Lingus’ summer sale presents travelers with a myriad of options for their summer holidays, catering to those in search of relaxation, adventure, or a blend of both.

Building upon the success of 2023, where demand for major sun destinations and European city breaks soared, Aer Lingus is raising the bar for travel experiences in 2024. With 66 European destinations to choose from, including exciting new routes to Heraklion, Crete; Dalaman, Turkey; and Catania, Sicily, Irish holidaymakers can explore diverse cultures and landscapes.

In response to escalating demand, Aer Lingus has bolstered capacity on key routes and introduced additional services to enhance connectivity. This includes increased frequencies on popular routes from Cork and the extension of the Cork to Tenerife route for the entire summer season. The recently launched Shannon to Paris route, introduced in late 2023, will continue to operate throughout the summer of 2024, providing seamless connections to the City of Light.

With rising demand into Ireland, particularly from Spain, Germany, and Italy, Aer Lingus is extending its offer of up to 20% off flights and baggage from these destinations. Additionally, there’s a noticeable trend in bookings for longer trips, indicating a surge in “bleisure” travel—combining business and leisure needs. This trend is particularly prominent in European destinations such as London, Amsterdam, Madrid, Paris, Geneva, Munich, and Lisbon.
