HCW, a distinguished leader in national real estate development and property management, is thrilled to unveil the opening of Caesars Republic Scottsdale located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This eagerly awaited addition to the Caesars Rewards portfolio is a contemporary 11-story, 265-room luxury hotel that offers an unmatched experience in the Valley of the Sun. Notably, it stands as the first non-gaming hotel under the Caesars brand in the U.S. Developed in partnership with Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ: CZR) and Macerich (NYSE: MAC), Caesars Republic Scottsdale elevates its role beyond merely providing top-notch lodging. It aspires to be the ultimate venue for memorable events, set against the breathtaking backdrop of Camelback Mountain and the expansive desert scenery.

Positioned on the northern side of Scottsdale Fashion Square, the region’s most luxurious retail center, the hotel spans 260,000 square feet and reaches a height of 147 feet. It features five lavish penthouse entertainment suites on the top floor, each sprawling over 2,000 square feet, with awe-inspiring views, outdoor terraces, and fully-equipped kitchens. Additionally, the hotel offers 29 upscale suites, including wellness suites furnished with Peloton bikes and the La Lupa bridal suite, which boasts salon facilities and a private lounge. The king and double queen rooms are sanctuaries of luxury and comfort, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a workspace, a cozy sitting area, and a 55″ 4K smart TV. Guests can indulge in the unique liquor display cabinet that offers a selection of premium bottles. Room sizes range from 331 sq ft to 483 sq ft, ensuring a luxurious and tranquil stay in every guest room and suite.

“The HCW team is thrilled to open the doors to Caesars Republic Scottsdale; this day has been eagerly anticipated,” expressed Richard Huffman, Chief Executive Officer, and President of HCW. “We can’t wait to share this exceptional property with both locals and travelers. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone involved in this exciting venture; your contributions have made this project truly remarkable. We look forward to opening more Caesars Republics in the future.”

“Caesars Republic is a vibrant extension of the Caesars legacy, and HCW was the perfect partner to bring it to life,” said Anthony Carano, President of Caesars Entertainment. “With its stunning location, gorgeous design and incredible dining and pool experiences Caesars Republic Scottsdale is a modern oasis that sets the standard as we look forward to developing the brand in the future.”

The hotel’s extensive amenities include three dining establishments, two swimming pools, and over 20,000 square feet of event space. Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis brings her culinary expertise to Luna by Giada and Pronto by Giada, serving dishes that blend her Roman roots with Californian and Mediterranean flavors.

The seventh floor hosts Seven (SVN), a premium pool lounge and dining venue managed by Scottsdale’s Riot Hospitality Group, offering exceptional views of Camelback Mountain and Arizona’s sunsets. This space provides a unique setting to enjoy major sporting events, complemented by a nearly 12-foot 4K Direct View LED video wall that integrates Caesars’ Sportsbook app for an exhilarating experience.

For event planners seeking a sophisticated space, the hotel’s 7,000-square-foot ballroom is free of columns and features 34-foot sliding glass doors leading to Cleopatra’s Pool & Bar. It can accommodate up to 750 guests, with additional spaces including the 3,000-square-foot Camelback Veranda and a 3,700-square-foot meeting area.
