The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) has opened registration to members for its premier river cruising event, which is slated for 12-15 March, 2025 in Vienna, Austria.
A total of 1,500 attendees registered for next year’s River Cruise Expo.
The event will be the fourth annual ASTA River Cruise Expo.
It will offer travel advisors the ability to tour more than a dozen river cruise ships, access to network with several river cruise line executives, while cruising along the Danube.
The event has grown since it was launched in 2022, and organisers expect next year’s Expo to sell out quickly.
“We are deeply grateful and privileged to witness the overwhelming success of our event,” said Zane Kerby, ASTA president and CEO.
“The idea for this event came from the visionary mind of the late Bob Duglin, who served on ASTA’s executive staff for over eight years. Bob would undoubtedly take pride in witnessing the Expo’s transformative impact as a catalyst for business growth and educational enrichment within the travel industry. Travel advisors who are here with us receive years’ worth of knowledge in just four days, returning home better equipped to advise their clients and tap into the enormous potential of river cruising.”
