At Forward Keys event, Tourism Malaysia explains data-driven success

Tourism Malaysia, an important authority related to travel and tourism sector, displayed its amazing accomplishments in leveraging information to steer the tests and trials of the pandemic and define the tourism landscape once again at the ForwardKeys event organized at the World Travel Market 2023.

While sharing thoughts at the event, the Senior Director of AERO at Tourism Malaysia, Mr. Iskandar Mirza Mohd Yusof, highlighted the major role in terms of data in charting out the course for the revival of Malaysia tourism. He stated that data has been their guiding light at the time of these tough times. It has been contributory in not only measuring the willingness for the revival of tourism but also in re-shaping their strategies related to marketing in response to changing traveller preferences.
